I've been Gluten-Free for 14 years. And during that time I've tried hundreds of different gluten-free pasta options. I hate those bean pastas. I don't really enjoy veggie pasta so much. Single flour pasta (rice, corn, quinoa) are all crumbly and sad. Some grocery store brands are pretty ok (the ones that have rice AND corn flours), but they still have some texture issues and you need to cook them EXACTLY how the box says. This pasta beats them all. This pasta is the superhero triumphing over evil. This is not a replacement for your typical cheap mac and cheese pasta, this is GOOD, toothy pasta. This is the kind of pasta that cradles the sauces you spend hours on, the kind that doesn't take away from your Bolognese or break down when you make a carbonara. You can even just enjoy it with some butter and it doesn't shatter when you reheat it the next day. Some gluten-free pastas are ok. They meet needs, but this is GOOD. You can cook it as you like it - al dente or soft soft soft. Is it cheap? NO. It's beautiful pasta. Buy the nice pasta. Treat yourself. Try not to growl when other people want to taste the pasta. Get enough to share. Or don't tell them it's awful, horrible and cook them some box stuff from the regular grocery. Do what you need to do. But this pasta will stop you from feeling sad that you have to have gluten-free pasta. It's that delicious. It's so delicious and I want every gluten-free person (or person cooking for a gluten-free person) to get a chance to try this.

This is the BEST gluten free pasta I've ever tasted!! I'm so impressed. The consistency and texture are perfect! A bit pricey but it's worth it to me for gluten free pasta this good.

These are our favorite, go-to, GF noodles. They may be a little more $$$ than store bought GF noodles but these hold their shape and have a wonderful taste.

These are really good and thick. These do not fall apart like the other brands. These are the best noodles if you’re looking for gluten free.

These are my family's favorite gf spaghetti noodles. My only complaint is that there are adequate ones that are half the price. These are better quality than others but not two times the quality.

Comprata per una cena con un'amica celiaca. L'abbiamo mangiata tutti! Non scuoce se cucinata nei tempi giusti. Penso che la ricomprerò anche per me perché è davvero gustosa. Fortunatamente sono 400 grammi e non 340 come indicato nella descrizione!

Good pasta, nice taste for gluten free one. I just cook them a bit longer as they are firmer than regular pasta.

Es ideal para personas con enfermedad celiaca. Por fin comí pasta sin enfermar. Son de muy buena calidad y fácil de cocinar. Recomiendo que cuides la cocción para que tu pasta quede deliciosa y no se vuelva chiclosa o se apelmase. El sabor es muy bueno. Por momentos olvidas qué es de arroz y no de trigo. Los volveré a comprar.
