Excellent cookware - cooking with a work of pure and utter craftsmanship.

This pan is the ideal size for me. It works very well as a frying pan, saucepan or wok. It’s very easy to clean and incredibly responsive to my induction hob. I love this pan!

It’s my first stainless steel saucepan, so I’m not sure yet how to feel about it. All of my other ones are cast iron. It doesn’t have the non stick coating, so I’m meanly using for soups and boiling veggies/eggs. Good for the price.

If I had a bigger kitchen I would have loved this. But I didn’t realise its size and weight so I had to return it. But it looked like an excellent product for a real cook using a big kitchen.

Good pan, easily made non stick when used correctly, easy to clean and the lid is a big bonus.

Love, love, love this pan! I use it at least 5 times a week. It cleans up quick and easy. Even heating. Very large, no spill overs!

What a great deal for the price! This is a well made heavy gage piece of metal that does not submit to my methods of kitchen torture at all! I burned a lobster tail on it and it came out of the oven blackened and when I washed it, it washed up easily and looked like new! Its also the perfect size, not too big like some of the pans i used to have were and not too small. Just right for the normal kitchen oven. I just love the affordable quality of the pan. Maybe I should try burning err I mean baking some Lasagna in it sometime. I have misused it and it works wonderfully. What a deal!

The Chef's Pan is basically a conical bowled sauté pan. It's great for making sauces, especially when you need to reduce the liquid volume to intensify the flavour. I always found this hard to judge (how do you accurately estimate when you have reduced the liquid by 75% - without constantly pouring the contents into a measuring jug?). But this pan has measurement graduations etched into the inside of the bowl - so problem solved. The pan is also very well made. So overall, very good value for money.
