How is this a patchouli scent? This smells like something my mother wears there's nothing about this scent that smells like patchouli l!!!! Did someone put the wrong bottle in a box marked patchouli??? NO STARS

This scent is absolutely beautiful. I have only had it a few days and my apartment is small, but the scent is just perfect and not overwhelming. The bottle is small and fit right into my decor. Can’t speak to longevity yet, but I will order again when necessary!

Smell faint, I put in bathroom and I couldn’t smell anything

Oh my goodness, I really like this scent. I put this on a shelf right by my front door. My friends ask me what the wonderful smell is when they come in my home, I show them this reed diffuser and tell them they can get it here on Amazon! This is a great gift idea for house warming or a “just because”.

Wonderful scent

The only scent this has is acholo. Complete waste of money. Very disappointing.

When I unwrapped my diffuser set, I noted the box the diffuser was in was sticky and clearly the essential oils had leaked from the bottle into the box. I was enveloped in an intense fragrance while, not unpleasant, was overpowering. I suspect this happened because the product had leaked, producing too much scent all at once. Since I was immersed in scent, I did not uncork the bottle, but I did take photos of the bottle and the accompanying information. The bottle is crystal clear. The website says it is 5" high and 2" in diameter. The reeds are straightforward. The overall visual effect is modern, and it will fit the decor of almost any room. Be aware that essential oils can damage furniture. I recommend you place this diffuser on a plate or tray or other safe surface. The website says the fragrances are a combination of sandalwood, patchouli & Ylang Ylang. I did a little research about the various oils: Sandalwood: The wood and the oil of sandalwood produce a distinctive fragrance that has been highly valued for centuries. It is considered a "woody" fragrance and also considered calming. Patchouli: has an earthy, woody, musky scent known for its rich bouquet. It is a leaf with the aroma of wood, which grows on a bush from southeast asia. Ylang Ylang: is a tropical tree and it is valued for the essential oils extracted from its flowers which have a strong floral fragrance. It is one of he most extensively used natural materials in the perfume industry. I find the odor complex but rather woody/musky and not much floral. It is a clean fragrance, probably tending more to masculine. It is pleasant and rather exotic. If you like woody/musky scents, this is for you. I think it would be great in a shower/bathing area in particular. I like the scent, I just want less of it. Made in the USA. Thanks for reading :)
