Software was not suitable for my requirements so I had to return but customer service provided regular help and offered a positive solution.

This chrome book has been perfect for my 11 yr old from homework , to typing agents games , to drawing . and much more , love everything about it the set up was easy took me straight into parental set up for a child and was very easy to under stand simple set up also , battery life is great , screen resolution is top notch in my opinion , quality over all is wonderful back lit keyboard is an assume add , screen and over all size of the lap top is nice and it’s pretty light in weight . I believe it’s a great value for the price . Def recommend.. also the tablet function is a nice feature also . I’m in the process of purchasing a stylus pen for her to write some lessons and draw of course and looking into purchasing a hand held controller for some school games she plays .

So far so good. It works well. Camera is good - you have to be sure the camera toggle is on. I thought the camera wasn't working until I figured that out!

Piece of junk worked 4 months then the Key board went sour, impossible to type a sensible sentence. With the key board letters fouled up, it's impossible to log into the system! This was supposed to be a Hi End Chrome book.???????
