The media could not be loaded. Ich bin im Jahr ca. 3 Monate unterwegs mobil am arbeiten, möchte aber nicht auf den Komfort beim Kochen verzichten, die eine gute Induktionskochplatte bietet. Selbst hochwertige Unterkünfte in Deutschland haben leider noch normale Cerankochfelder. In England meistens kein Thema, da überwiegend Gas.Ich hatte vorher die WMF Kult X Induktionskochplatte probiert. Damit gelang es aber nicht Soßen langsam zu köcheln. Entweder ging gar nichts oder die Soße kochte viel zu heftig.Die Rommelsbacher Platte macht alles besser. Lässt sich schon über die normalen Leistungsstufen feinfühlig regeln, so daß Soßen nur langsam köcheln und nichts anbrennt. Bei Bedarf kann die Leistung nach der Temperatur eingestellt werden, was ich aber nicht brauche. Dennoch nice to have und es funktioniert gut.Auf der anderen Seite mit dem Boost genug Power um das Wasser in meinem Edelstahl Kessel in guten 3-4 Minuten zum kochen zu bringen.Der Lüfter ist hörbar aber tolerierbar. Außerdem stinkt das Kochfeld nicht nach Chemie/Trennmittel so wie es das WMF gemacht hat.

Une table de cuisson qui a de l'allure par son design hyper soigné, irréprochable et par sa puissance sans oscillation de températures. Ingénieuse dans ses propositions d'utilisations très nombreuses, variées qui restent en attente d'utilisation car sa notice d'accompagnement qui me semble complète, est rédigée uniquement en allemand et en anglais ! tant pis pour les autres ! ce n'est pas normal de n'avoir aucune notice en français quand une firme de cette qualité souhaite faire du commerce internationale ! d'ailleurs, je n'ai rien trouvé en français sur google magique encore moins sur youtube ! donc, je vais trouver des solutions d'utilisation qui me seront inspirées au fil de mon usage . Vraiment dommage ! Cependant, cette société propose d'autres articles de très belles performances ! cette table de cuisson sera parfaite pour un usage occasionnel : haute de 5cm, sa ventilation est uniquement latérale. peu bruyante, sans bip sonore excessif, réglable de degré en degré sur tous les modes. Il est également possible d acheter une fiche marche/arrêt 'interrupteur Le Grand (19€) pour éteindre complètement l'appareil pour éviter la mise en veille. Le cordon est très long 180cm. Très belle surface de cuisson.

Come di consueto con un prodotto tedesco non si sbaglia. La piastra è perfetta e svolge il suo lavoro come da descrizione. Ha sei programmi preimpostati in gradi ( che possono sempre essere cambiati manualmente con il +o il - ed ha 10 livelli di potenza in watt che funzionano perfettamente. Chi ha comprato altre piastre come me sa che è rimasto deluso dall'intetmittenza del calore sotto i 1000w o sotto i 100 gradi, ebbene con questo prodotto avrete la potenza sempre a linea continua come i piani ad incasso a qualsiasi potenza o grado, niente più cibi e pentole che si bruciano al centro a causa della potenza. Questa piastra ha anche un sensore a molla al centro d'appoggio che manterrà sempre la pentola al giusto grado impostato alla perfezione. È molto silenziosa, le ventole di raffreddamento sono all'interno con dissipazione del calore laterale e non di sotto come in molte altre piastre che con quel sistema surriscalda ancora di più anziché raffreddare. Unica cosa migliorabile (a voler cercare il pelo nell'uovo) è la molla del sensore centrale che dovrebbe fare meno pressione perché se metti una padellina o pentolino leggero con un filo d'olio tende ad alzarlo ma è una cosa effimera come detto. Prodotto eccezionale, lo riacquisterei senza dubbio.

This is a lovely machine. Unfortunately the coil is for a maximum 22 cm (bottom pan diameter) and not a 26 cm as it says on the amazon entry. I does say clearly on the device's manual that it is for max 22 cm so this is misleading.However, it is very quiet and the software control of it allows you to control your cooking very very well and very very fast. It does not suffer with the ups and downs of power most other type induction hobs have which will create a havoc when cooking something complicated and it is able to give you control in quite demanding cooking situations. We are overall extremely happy with it and the only thing we wish for is for them to make a model with a wider coil, since we cook a lot and sometimes we need a few steaks on a pan, however it is not a deal breaker.
