The SIM card arrived quickly and was incredibly easy to set up. Activation took just a few minutes online, with clear instructions provided. I had service up and running almost immediately with no issues. Great option for anyone looking for a hassle-free setup!

This card worked great, set up was easy, but when the minutes ran out too soon and we wanted to contact customer support to add to the card it was a joke. They keep saying the bank is denying the charges, but the bank says it is on Jolt’s end. Seems to be no resolution so the card/phone number is now not usable.

Purchased this for my child's watch so I could always see her location and contact her or visa versa if needed. Easy to use. Worked as expected. Fit perfectly. Never had an issue with its design or sturdiness, only issue I had was the service wasn't the best at least half the time, at least for calls. Texts and locations were generally correct.

I still can't get it to work

Don't waste your time and money on this. It is cheap but as soon as you go over 1MB they charge you 5$ and the worste about this is, that your internet service will not work. My sons phone is on Wifi at home all the time and somehow he still used over 20mb on one day ( on a weekend where he dosent use his phone). Called costumer service, they just read down their script and dont care about this at all.

Great product, works very well with my sons smartwatch, easy setup and connection was fast and almost immediate, highly recommend

Not disappointed but not thrilled either. It does what it needs to do. The color was slightly different from the pictures. Tested thoroughly.

Got the SIM card for a cheap first watch for my 10 year old. He has been asking for a phone, but he spends too much time on his tablet, so did not want to add to that. The watch is just a simple sim enabled smart watch, which is where we needed this sim card. The card showed up in 3 business days, and was quite straight forward to pop out. I needed a micro sim, this has the ability be be a regular sim, or a nano sim as well. Went to their website, put the sim card number to activate, had to put credit card info for overages and such, as well as auto renewal, and got a new phone number assigned on the next screen. Put the sim card into an old phone and let it sit for about 20 minutes, and got a welcome text message. Quite straight forward. It's been working just fine for the last couple days. I am liking this more by the day.

It’s not working in Canada. I would give minus 5 start if would possible. Send it back with trucking will cost you same money. I send my 10 days ago and still didn’t receive my money back
