Can you use adhesive to wear them?

Not with the larger sizes, although I don't know where the cut-off is—weight-wise, as for whether or not you can "use adhesive to wear them"—e.g. whether it's around 2000g or 3000g or 4000g etc., but adhesive will definitely not work with the 14XL / 6000g & up sizes. Here's why . . . The 14XL / 6000g breastforms = 13.2 pounds total which equals 6.6 pounds per breast. I tend to think that that is quite a bit heavier than most people realise when they're ordering these breastforms. I was personally shocked at the how he, and had a sore back during the first few weeks of wearing them. So the 14XL's are way too heavy for adhesive. The heavy breastforms need the support of very well-made, large soft cup bras (e.g. depending on the bra manuf. & bra style #, typically from I/J-cups to K or KK-cups --in e.g. 42" underband bras; in a smaller underband...the cup size would typically be bigger; in larger underbands...the cup size can be smaller (read bra sizing charts & pages for recommended bra cup sizes). The 14XL / 6000g breastforms also work in larger cup bras - I've worn mine with my L, M, N, O & P-cup Goddess, Elila & Aviana bras; nonetheless they might also work with the smaller 'I' or 'H' or 'HH' cup bras - depending on the bra manuf/style and underband size. But here's they key . . .you need to buy soft-cup bras that have the 'inner slings' (as most manuf's call them), so you can place the breastform in the bra cup while pulling the lower inner sling out, against your skin, so the breastform slips just inside the lower inner sling--thus the lower inner sling supports the weight of the breastform, keeping it from falling out of the bra cup. This is critical, as it's the 'inner sling'--that typ supports the breasts--that you need, so you can pull it out, towards your chest, so that you can slip the breastform inside the lower inner sling. Moreover, in my opinion, the '14XL'-6000g breastforms are the largest breastforms that most people would be comfortable wearing, daily. That said, the 'Huge' and 'Super Huge' Vollence forms would be very fun to wear I'm sure, and I would love to try them, but I can hardly imagine how anyone could manage to find bras big enough for the 12000g breastforms - without having them custom made; I've been tempted to try the 10000g (11 lbs per breast) forms, as I think my N, O & P cup bras would hold and support them, but again the weight is very heavy, and there could be a lot of sagging if the bra doesn't support well, (for example, the Aviana bras are very comfortable for all day wearing, and sleeping, but are very stetchy, so they don't support as good as the Elila and Goddess bras). So look for high quality soft-cup bras such as 'Elila' or 'Goddess' or 'Aviana' etc. Also, the older style 'Jeunique' & 'Lady Cameo' style bras--with the big inner slings and dettachable nursing cups at the front bra straps--work very well also, with these 6000g forms, if you can still find any in your size with big enough bra cups. One other point; going down one band size has worked good for me, as the weight of the breastforms will eventually stretch-out any bra when frequently worn. Btw, I've been wearing mine regularly for 18 months, and they are still in the same excellent shape and condition as the day they arrived. With that said, even though I'm always looking at the 24XL & 26XL sizes, and would love to try wearing them, it all comes down to....THE WEIGHT !
