I’m giving it free stars because I haven’t used it yet but the penguin is like not too heavy and not too light. It’s a perfect amount. The colours are stunning. It’s good for people that have a cool winter tone skin and Korean make up is where it’s at if you like light make up. 7/10

There are better eyeshadow palettes out there , that are much cheaper . It is not suitable for me.

This is a great cool toned palette with choices between light, medium and dark. I love the light sparkly color, which has great pigment and density.
