The quality of the chair is good and it is very comfortable. I am using it in my home office and have already many spent hours in it. It is solid and I love that it comes with a five-year warranty. The assembly took about 1 hour and is pretty straightforward and not complicated. It has an adjustable lumbar support which helps my back quite a bit, and an adjustable headrest also quite helpful. The height adjustment is interesting it goes much higher than expected. I use it on the lowest setting and it good for typing at my desk. I also really like the padded arm rests. This chair is easily as good or better than the Lazyboy chair it replaced which I paid about twice as much for. Last night I fell asleep sitting in it that how comfortable I find it.

No chair on Amazon can beat these chairs for the price. These chairs exceed their price. I got the white chairs and yes, they are white. The assembly of the chair is easy with detailed instructions. I like the extra touch of white gloves that come with the white chair so you don't stain the chair during assembly. the chairs are ultra comfortable! The chair has adjustable back support and a headrest for head support. The arms lift up and down to go flush up under a desk or to allow a musician to easily play a guitar or instrument. The chair goes up and down as well as lean back with the pull of a lever. The white looks so good in the studio! I highly, highly, highly recommend these chairs. I will update if anything changes!!!

First off, great chair. Second off, this thing is tall. I’m 6’ tall so it’s fine for myself but if you have short legs, you will be dangling. At the lowest setting, my feet are flat on the floor. Anything higher and I’m swinging my legs. Makes me feel like a child again haha. Third thing I’d like to address, the support on this chair is great, I can really feel the difference in lumbar support compared to my old chair and I feel comfortable. Assembly took a whopping 20 minutes and the tool they include was great compared to the competitors. The Allen key has an actual handle so you can really torque down those bolts and ensure proper holding ability. Finally thing which is why a star gets taken off…this green is not green. It’s gray with a tinge of green. Nothing like the pictures which is disappointing. Had i known, i would have gone with the white or black. All in all, good chair.

I've been using this chair (Blue) for a few weeks now and I am writing to say this is a very functional and comfortable office chair. Much better than other chairs I've owned. I initially encountered a few quality issues with the first chair I received that arrived badly banged up and appeared to be poorly repackaged with a few damaged parts. I reached out directly to the seller using the email address that was provided in the package to request a response before initiating a return. I've reached out to number of sellers over the years for similar reasons and, I must say, the responses I received from the seller's customer service rep were by far the most professional and courteous responses I have received to date. They greatly exceeded my expectations and promptly sent a replacement chair as well as sending me follow up emails to provide shipment tracking and checking to see if the new chair arrived and was in good condition. The replacement chair was in great condition and was well packaged (confirming my suspicions that the previous chair was repackaged). I noticed the headrest was redesigned, which indicated the first chair I received was an older model. There are a few negative reviews about the headrest wearing out and not staying up on its own, but that issue has been addressed in the new model as there is now a button that locks the headrest into place (see photo) so those negative reviews are no longer applicable to the new version of the chair (assuming you receive the new model). I also really appreciate the thick armrest padding (shown in photo) as my last chairs' armrests were thin and I've previously underestimated the impact of that on overall chair comfort over time. I'll note that I installed high quality caster wheels I had on my previous chairs to reduce rolling sound on my vinyl floors, but the wheels that come with this chair are good quality so no complaint there (replacement wheels are shown in my photo). All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance and appearance of my new chair as well as the EXCELLENT customer service I received on behalf of CYKOV. Above and beyond my expectations. Excellent chair. I looked online, through stores and tested many. Several more expensive. I was nervous about getting it online, but this was hands down, the best chair. I am grateful to other reviewers. It's very comfortable. I've used it for hours and not got uncomfortable. I've actually watched movies in it. Very robust. Packaged well, white gloves thoughtful touch. The tip back option is fantastic and I am grateful to be able to move the arms right out of the way so it will tuck under my desk perfectly. The colour is gorgeous and I believe would blend well with any interior. So glad I went with this one, rather than grey. The quality of the fabric-stitching is so good, better than anticipated. It's SO GOOD! I can see this lasting for many years, outstanding value for the money. Can't recommend enough!!

Design feels substandard. A lot of cheap feeling plastic components. One of the screw hole does not even align with the socket inside, which prevent the screw from even getting screwed in. Requested for a return/refund. Will steer clear from this brand in the future.

I ordered this chair on December 13, 2025, and it was delivered on time. It was very easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable. I’ve been using it for the past three weeks, and I can confidently say this is an amazing chair. The design, build quality, and color are excellent and fit perfectly with my small workspace.
