Best waterproof option for mortar
I used this liquid earlier for interior wall, but the price I paid was almost 60 percent more. This liquid works very well to make plaster waterproof.

Not easy to use
First, the bottle seal was broken. I am not sure, if not was a manufacturing weakness. Secondly, it is not very easy to use. The application time after mixing is barely 20 minutes which is too short for any serious work. The mortar is not at all easy to stick after you add this SBR polymer. Even a cement coat with this polymer is less effective than a pure cement coat. I am not sure whether the mortar eventually is stronger and has more flexibility. It cannot be easily used for plastering purposes; however, as a filling or repairing mortar it may work.
