The BrüMate Brü coffee mug has quickly become one of my absolute favorites. The build quality is outstanding — you can feel how well-made and durable it is the moment you pick it up. The insulation keeps my coffee hot for hours, and the mug stays comfortable to hold without getting overly warm. One of the features I appreciate most is how truly leak-proof it is. I can toss it in my bag, carry it in the car, or walk around with it in hand without worrying about spills or drips. Ordered on Amazon for the free shipping just to try it out- love my BruMate so much I have already ordered more through the company for some upcoming gifts. Guava color is pretty, just the right shade and fun. Really like the silicone sleeve, still fits perfectly in a cup holder but softens the blow when you set it down. The leak proof locking lid is great, love being able to toss it in my work bag and not worry. It’s not as hard to remove the lid as some claim- I read the directions and figured it out easily. It’s light (have avoided a competitor that is not), is the perfect size, keeps things hot or cold and is exactly the handled on-the-go cup I needed. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to spend this much on a travel coffee mug, but I truly needed it for work, and now that I have been using it for a few weeks I am thrilled that I did. It is made of very good quality materials and the color is beautiful. The silicone bottom makes it slip proof, and it also keeps it quiet when setting the mug down. It keeps my coffee hot for an impressive amount of time, and of there is any coffee left in it at the end of the work day it is always still warm. It is very easy to drink out of, and I absolutely love the fact that I can lock it when I’m not sipping. The size is perfect for me…not too big and bulky, but it holds a good amount of coffee. The handle grip is comfortable as well, and the cup is easy to clean.

This is the best travel mug I've ever had. Keeps my hot tea hot, lid was a bit difficult at first, but only took a day or so to figure it out so now it's easy. most importantly, does not leak. Expensive, but I think was worth it.

This mug has a good feel - the handle is nice and comfy in your hand and the base has a silicone (or something) covering so the mug doesn’t “clank” when it is set down or bumps against something. The lid opening (where you drink) can easily be set to anywhere you want around the cup’s circumference - unlike a mug I had just bought but returned because the threading caused the opening to be always right over the handle, making it awkward to drink. It would be a five star mug if not for the difficulty in opening the lid. It’s just too hard. If you put your coffee or tea in and close the lid, hopefully it’s just how you like it because you won’t be able to get the lid back off to add sugar or milk or anything. You try and try but it’s as if it’s suctioned on — not something to mess around with especially with hot coffee inside. Seems many people have this same complaint. After you drink your beverage, the lid will come off a bit easier so you can wash the mug, but it’s still not easy. Unfortunately, as nice as it is otherwise, it’s not a mug you would want to give as a gift to anyone elderly or with arthritic hands.

Hot, hot, or cold, cold, it won’t spill! If you have arthritis it may be tricky to use, but the quality is exceptional. We have lots of travel mugs, but only one if them is great - Thanks BruMate!

Cute but problematic. First, there is a major learning curve with the lid. Yes, it does not leak IF you get it on correctly, I will give the company that; however, that's a big IF. The other big problem is I really don't think it keeps beverages hot like advertised. In fact, in my opinion my Owala keeps drinks hotter longer than the BruMate did. Granted, I did not scientifically test this theory but I would bet you an expensive bag of coffee beans on the Owala staying hotter longer. I can't lay claims as to how a Stanley or Yeti would fare as I've never drank coffee from either of these. The other thing I didn't like about the BruMate was the lip feel of the opening where the liquid comes out. I found it to be bulky and unappealing and kinda leaky because my lips couldn't get a good seal. Another point for the Owala here because the spout on those have a buttery smooth opening that doesn't leak and feels rather enticing to drink from. The one thing that the BruMate has going for it that Owala does not is I really liked the handle. Granted, Owala tumblers don't have handles, but my mother always told me if you can't find something nice to say don't say anything at all. So, there you have it. I returned my BruMate as it wasn't for me but there are clearly those devotees out there that love 'em ..I'm just not one of them.

The colour blue agave is brighter than the photo and looks really nice. It doesnt leak at all and retains temperature very well. Have not tried it with hot beverages yet though
