These are non-hatching eggs for brine shrimp- decapsulated means the outer layer (that is indigestible to fish) has been removed, leaving only the high-protein inner part. Small than even a hatched brine shrimp, this is fantastic food for fish fry- and this brand has the best value for your buck. If you are breeding fish, this stuff is amazing.
