I have had this fire now for a couple of weeks. It looks great, and the fire effect works well. You need to be methodical putting it together, and take it slowly ... it took me a couple of hours in an evening. I was worried for this price it might be noisy. I taped some fowong Foam Seal Tape, 25mm(Width) X 25mm onto the back to ensure no gap between the back of the fire and the wall. That combined with the solid construction of the surround keeps noise to a very acceptable level, just audible. Really at this point I could not be happier with this purchase.

Ordered this fire and it arrived within 4 days it really does set off this log cabin at the bottom of my garden. It looks amazing and it’s really easy to assemble one person can easily do it. I had a few screws missing but it was fine I nipped down to Screwfix and got some from there.. then found the original ones under a piece of wood.. lol I’m really over the moon with this fire it’s really good quality for the money and looks fabulous

It's ok for the price. The lock nuts don't stay in very well, I had to cut notches for the cable out of the frame so that the fireplace could sit flat against the wall. I really chose because it was the only one that was smsll enough to dit on the hearth of the house I've just moved in to

Easy to assemble. Instructions very clear and easy to understand. Lovely fireplace when on. Can have it with fire effects and no heat (or both if required) which is great. Great item. Well packaged too. Thank you 🙏

Très belle cheminée décorative. Je suis satisfaite. Le montage est aisé. Chauffe très bien. Le vendeur, que je remercie, a pu remplacer un élément qui était défectueux au premier envoi. Je recommande ce produit. Il est original avec ses multiples couleurs et ambiances lumineuses différentes. J'adore et je n'hésiterai pas pour un autre achat dans le futur.

El mueble que incluye es de calidad, con un ensamblaje parecido al de IKEA fácil de montar. Junto con el cassete de chimenea da un aspecto muy realista. La configuración de llamas es muy variado y tiene la opción que más me gusta de tronco iluminado y la opción de piedras. Permite dar calor con los calefactores que incorpora, aunque personalmente no los uso ya que lo quiero para hacer una simulación visual. El movimiento de las llamas es muy relajante y permite varios niveles de brillo y de cambio de colores. De añadir alguna contra, es que le añadiría un sonido realista que simule el crepitar al quemar los troncos. Aunque es algo que añado con un sonido ambiente de chimenea de Alexa y queda relajante. Ha superado mis expectativas. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Il mobile in legno è di alta qualità e si integra perfettamente con qualsiasi arredamento. La finitura è elegante e robusta, conferendo un tocco di classe senza risultare eccessiva. Inoltre, il design è molto ben studiato: le linee sono pulite e moderne. Il camino elettrico è semplicissimo da usare. Con un semplice clic, si accende e si può regolare l'intensità della fiamma, il colore della fiamma e il calore desiderato. È dotato di vari livelli di temperatura, il che significa che posso utilizzarlo anche nei mesi più freschi senza dover accendere il riscaldamento centrale. La funzione di fiamma senza calore è perfetta per creare un'atmosfera accogliente, durante le serate invernali, senza surriscaldare l'ambiente. Essendo un camino elettrico, non ho dovuto preoccuparmi di fumi o scintille, il che è un grande vantaggio. È dotato di funzionalità di sicurezza, come lo spegnimento automatico in caso di surriscaldamento, quindi mi sento tranquillo avendolo in casa, anche con bambini o animali. Si può accendere sia con i pulsanti a sfioramento presenti sul pannello frontale che con il telecomando in dotazione (pile AAA non presenti). Il montaggio richiede del tempo e un po' di manualità, anche perché le istruzioni sono divise tra il montaggio del mobile e quelle del camino elettrico. E' possibile sostituire il finto legno presente all'interno del camino elettrico con dei cristalli di plastica. Il consumo del camino è di 1800W. Ho notato che Amazon ha aggiornato la pagina è questo modello non è più presente. Un peccato perché è veramente ben fatto e per il prezzo pagato è stato un affare.
