This is the perfect smart cleaner tool to keep your Apartment fresh and clean from dust ,cats hair..etc, I believe its a magic solution for those who suffer from a chronic allergy, I never know how much its efficient and does its job perfectly till I empty the dirty water tank, scan your place , it divide the place to zones, its easy and manageable through smart phones, wherever whenever you give order for cleaning, its perfect for hard floors(ceramic,marble,stone) the only request I would put to the manufacturer is how we can avoid the pad smell coming from the pads cant we use some perfumed cleaning liquids !this issue need a solution, otherwise this is very good investment .

For me it is very good with the price, yes it does not clean edges and corners, but like all other Robotas, other than this it is amazing, for me I like to use it when I am not home to skip the sound

Returns multiple time for mop pad cleaning. 1600 sqft house take about 1 hour cleaning time . Does decent job for daily cleaning. Lot of hair get stuck on brush so daily cleaning is required .

The Xiaomi X20+ robot vacuum performed well for the first nine months, but then it stopped working due to a side brush malfunction. I took it to Xiaomi's official service center in Dubai, but their service was disappointingly slow. It took them an entire month just to diagnose the issue, and I was then informed that ordering the required parts from China would take an additional 25 working days, as they were not available locally. Overall, the after-sales service was extremely poor. Given this experience, I would not recommend purchasing the Xiaomi X20+. The lengthy repair process and lack of readily available parts make it feel like a waste of money.

Had it for 6 months now. It cleans twice a week. I’ve had very little issues with it. Most issues have been the side brush coming off when it meets the awkward base of by coffee table. It got stuck in my bathroom a few times, but I’m not even going to remove a star for that. It was far few times for me to even complain about it. Overall happy, I got what I paid for. Seems like value for money compared to others on the market. I wish I could find the same product in the U.K. if the supplier is reading this - help.

I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and efficient robot vacuum cleaner with mopping . Additionally, the supplier Al Zarh team has played a wonderful role in this. They delivered the product one day earlier and quickly answered my questions about the product in Amazon chat. I have never received such an immediate response for any of my online orders.
