I’m an older woman and my arms jiggle. I ordered this to help compress my upper arms. It definitely stops my shirts from being too tight on my arms. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day. Also, as an added bonus, it produces a slight tension across my back if I start to slouch forward while working which reminds me to correct my posture. This fits comfortably over my regular bra or my sports bra and under my cloths.

Runs very small. Sizing chart is not accurate. I have bought other brands that worked great. I would definitely size a size or 2 up.

I liked it but it fit to tight I am a size 4 so I think the large should fit better then the medium

I measured, read the reviews, debated, and ordered this for a photo shoot. It ripped while trying it on. It was in a spot that I thought would be OK for a few hours just for the shoot, but as I continued to put it on, I realized it was just not going to fit my arms. Now, I know they're large, that's why I ordered it, but I measured & ordered accordingly. Complete waste & disappointing. My photos turned out gorgeous anyway.
