I think it's good value for the money and the taste isn’t too bad. As a beginner, I found the flavor a bit off-putting at first, but mixing it with cocoa powder and making a smoothie really helps—it becomes even more chocolatey.Did I see results? Yes! With consistent training, my muscle mass has increased, and I’m a beginner at the gym. Overall, I’m happy with this protein powder and would recommend it to others just starting out.

Good: the tub is fuller than rest of the protein powdersBad: I have had more than 10 protein powders and this has the worst sweet taste ever. Don’t know about muscles but I developed mental strength to finish it
