many uses
The catch is well made and durable and not expensive. It has many uses as stated . I used the catch to replace a broken one on my fishing box and it works well. Can be screwed , bolted or riveted to many surfaces . very handy device job done.

Great priduct
Good product, very adjustable

Strong clamp
Used to repair the failed plastic catches on two Stanley tool chests. Certainly strong enough to lift the tool chests by the handle (which is fitted to the lid) while full. Much cheaper than replacing the chests and stronger than the original catches. Attached through the plastic with a steel backing plate using pop rivets.
