A good dose of Biotin
He says the they taste good and are enjoyable to eat. Now as far as beard growth no supplement is going to do some magic overnight, you need to take them daily to start seeing results. He's been on them a couple weeks and I can say while the bushy beard may not have grown substantially but I think its starting to help strengthen the hair he has Ive noticed less breakage so far so that's promising and they taste good so its a win. He's wanting to grow it full without loss to breakage so I can say its helping already

Great taste.
I had run out of my original Biotin supplement and wanted to give this one a try, but given a history with gummy products I was hesitant to try this one but the opportunity presented itself at just the right time and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the taste, they're way better than I thought they'd be and honestly equivalent to a fruit snack in flavor. Definitely going to keep these up.

It's a bottle of Biotin Gummies, and they taste pretty good, what else can I tell you.Each Gummy is 5,000 mg of Biotin (B7) and its recomended to take 2 daily as needed. Biotin is good for Hair, and Nails, and you could probably get away with taking 1 a day as the max you need is 5,000mg.I got exactly what was pictured in the listing. As far as Vitamin Gummies go, they're a bit more chewy, and they're kind of a tangy sweet. They're still pretty good flavor if you like rhaspberry.Overall, if they work, I'll be getting more bottles.

Great tasting gummies
These gummies taste excellent and so far they work as advertised. They are really easy to take on the go when you're out of the house because it's just like candy. Highly recommended.

A little tart.
The gummies are smaller than average, and a little bit firmer. They've got a bit of a "bite" to the flavor, after the sweetness starts to fade.Maybe "tart" isn't really the right word to describe it. It's not exactly a sourness or bitterness. It reminds me a little of apple-cider-vinegar (which I don't care for at all), but a lot milder (thankfully).Serving size is 2 gummies, but they're 5000g biotin each so taking more than one is probably overkill.They're not terrible, but I could do without that ACV taste, and I'd prefer if they were sugar-free. The first two ingredients are glucose syrup and sugar.I'm starting to get to the point where I'd prefer to take most supplements as pills, just to avoid the sugar and other unnecessary filler.
