Smooth energy without caffeine!
I train in the evenings and wanted a pre-workout that wouldn’t keep me up at night, and this one is perfect. It gives a great pump and steady energy without any jittery feeling. The beta-alanine gives a slight tingle, but it’s nothing uncomfortable. The Blue Raspberry flavour tastes great, mixes easily, and has no weird aftertaste.

Really good non stim pre workout. Flavour is great. Mixes fine but I do use a blender. - Ingredients do leave a bad after taste on containers if you don't clean them straight away FYI.

Very good effect in energy levels, it produces itchiness on me when drink it though. Nice taste, easy to take.

Nice stimulant
I used to use preworkouts years ago and wanted to try one again mostly just to increase motivation to get to the gym (I find once I've taken it, I'm guaranteed to get out of the house and hit it). The itches were quite intense the first time I took it (this is from beta alanine, if memory serves), but I soon got used to it and just getting into exercise and pushing hard mostly makes you forget about it. I did feel a slight increase in performance from using it when deep into a set so will continue to use it for now

Caffeine free boost when needed!
When you need a boost before a workout (or even just a busy day) this powder is fantastic. Caffeine can be a bit "much", but this powder gives a gentle stream of energy when needed and doesnt affect sleep, if taken late in the day. Tastes good without a nasty aftertaste.

Great pre workout. No caffeine just a great pump and helps you get through those final reps! Also the flavour tastes amazing!

Decent but don't expect a massive rush
I've taken pretty much all pwo supplements over the years. I train at night and struggle with sleep so tried this. The pump is good and it tastes nice. You do get the beta alanine tingle (which I like) however don't expect a massive surge of energy. Worth getting for the price especially if you like training late.
