I had previously submitted a very negative review of these pens. The seller responded by offering me a full refund, which indicates a commitment to customer service. I am not taking them up on their offer of a refund because I had discovered the problem was with the user not the product. I'm not sure I'm explaining this correctly, but I'll try. The pens have a dab of ink stuck to the tip, which needs to be removed before using them. I'm guessing the dab of ink at the tip is to keep the pens fresh until used. I had not realized that and found them very difficult to use until it occurred to me to try to remove that little dab. That made all the difference. These are good pens and I'm changing my rating to 5 stars because they reached out to me to make things right. I apologize to the company for not changing my review and rating once I realized the problem was me.

Pens are practical and easy-to-use writing instruments. They offer a continuous stroke, are economical and suitable for daily use at school or office.

Not bad but these are Pilot pen knockoffs. Did not realize it until after it was purchased. It explains the lower price. They pens have a lighter colored ink and (possibly) a finer tip. The writing does not "stand out" on the page like a typical G-2. I would give the pens 2 or 3 stars (for the quality of the pens) but since they are not advertised as Pilot, I take responsibility in ordering inferior pens and will leave a 4-star review. If you are particular, then I do not know recommend these pens. It is better to spend more for the real thing.

These are awful. They are not saving you money, they are costing you frustration. These pens write so inconsistently that I have NO CLUE how they've ever received a 5-star review. I've never been able to use a single one of these pens in a single instance of writing down STICKY-NOTE-LEVEL amounts of writing and NOT have them fail at least twice. They ruin any notes you may want to take. You will write and then it will fail in the middle of a word and you'll think "maybe it's something on the pen," so you scribble somewhere else, then you go back to writing and it still fails, so you jump to another note to jot down ignoring the fury building and you get through that note and you're like "Well, they're not a complete failure." Then you realize you forgot something so you try and jot in a tiny piece of information and it turns into scribbles because the pen failed you again. These are awful.
