Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 DGDN II for Sony E UAE Version with UAE Warranty Support

The Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN II is a fantastic upgrade—sharper, faster focusing, and noticeably lighter than the original.

I purchased the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens from Amazon, and I’m extremely satisfied. The seller was very cooperative, and the Amazon team also provided great support. The product arrived on time, and it’s original and in perfect condition.

I sold my Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 G2 just to buy this lens and my decision is right! Upon using it for the first time, I noticed that it is sharper and faster! Yes, it is a bit heavier but it is not a big deal for me as a freelance photographer. It feels premium in my hands and I love the quality of photos I am getting using it with my Sony a7 IV. I am a very happy shooter with this amazing lens now!

I was afraid that the lens was broken or of poor quality, but it turned out to be completely the opposite. I like it.

Amazing lens, ultra-fast and accurate focus system, a real improvement over the first version, smooth as butter bokeh, totally recommended.

I`m a big fan of Sigma lenses. And I really wish I could love this one more! While it has a great image quality, sharpness and bokeh, it has several major issues for me. 1. Autofocus gets a bit crazy in low-light conditions. Sometimes it gets to the point, where only 1 of 3-4 shots is in focus. 2. Autofocus struggles with landscapes. That`s very surprising for me, since none of my other lenses has this issue. Even during the daytime, I took about 10 landscape shots of the city, and about half of those shots were out of focus. 3. In-camera active stabilization works much better with native Sony lenses. And I didn`t feel it as much with my other 3rd party lenses, as with this particular model. 4. Mustache distortions are quite strong and it`s difficult to perfectly correct them, even when using a native profile in Lightroom. All those factors make this lens a poor choice for professional event, architecture, real estate or landscape photography. Unfortunately, had to return it and order Sony instead.

Though I bought 3 GM lenses for my A7RV, I decided to go Sigma for my mid range zoom. I have zero regrets and this lens performs flawlessly. I shoot this lens 75% of the time. It stays on my camera body ready to go in most situations. Excellent auto focus, excellent image stabilization, excellent features, and excellent images. I wish Sigma made a 14-300mm Art series zoom. I'd buy it in a second.
