The perfect case for drawing and painting
I totally love these case. Its nicely manufactured and feels good to use. This is the third one I have purchased, including one for an older iPad Pro M1, and one bought as a gift. The iPad fit is rather tight when you first get it. With the first case I bought some years back, I was concerned I had ordered the wrong size, but it turned out it was fine. So worry not, this case accommodates the iPad perfectly. It takes some work the first time, but then after only a few times, taking the iPad out and later putting it back in the case gets easier and is plenty doable. But it will not get loose. I still wouldn't want to be trying to get it out all the time to use my iPad with an Apple magic keyboard so I decided since my use is mostly painting and not so much typing, I decided to get an inexpensive separate small folding keyboard that does 3 devises. This case is perfect for drawing and painting. Of course I need the portability, protection, and the way it puts the iPad out in front. But also, the pencil holder is perfect. In fact, I think it's really a main real selling point for me and why I decided to get this case for the new iPad, rather than an all-in-one keyboard case I was considering where the pencil holder looked more clunky. With the Zugu case, the pencil case is gorgeously designed into it. I find I can effortlessly grab the pencil to use while painting, but there's zero concern about loosing the pencil when returned to the holder for charging. My M4 iPad Pro does a whole lot better job of magnetizing the Apple Pro Pencil than my M1 iPad Pro did with an earlier incarnation of the Apple pencil - but after many room searches for that old pencil, which seemed to have little affinity for it's iPad magnet, I'm rather sensitive to that situation. No worries with this case.

⭐️ iPad Case Review — Robust Protection, Stylish Design & Smart Magnetic Features
Great iPad case! The quality is excellent and it feels very sturdy without being bulky. It fits the iPad perfectly and does a great job protecting all the edges and the camera with raised areas so nothing touches flat surfaces. The case also works perfectly with a screen protector—no lifting or interference at all. The color looks great and hasn’t faded with daily use. The magnetic functions are strong and reliable: auto sleep/wake works instantly, the stand holds steady in different positions, and the Apple Pencil stays securely attached and charges properly, magnetic hold is still strong with this case and the magnetic pencil. Overall, a solid, well-made case that offers great protection and functionality. Highly recommend!

Best Case For IPad. Secure your investment.
Second Zugu case I have purchased. First one was for an older IPad 2020 model. This one is for the iPad Pro 13 M5 2025 model. I have come back to Zugu again due to their simplicity and design. The case is durable and gives you peace of mind that your investment will be safe. Let’s not pretend that 1200 dollars plus is pocket change. It’s a lot of money, so why not invest in something that is going to protect it. The magnets I feel have been upgraded from previous models, with these ones being stronger. You can attach this to your refrigerator and watch videos of recipes from Youtube or FaceTime with whomever if this is something that is important to you. Weight of case is a bit on the heavier side which I attribute to stronger materials, however do not let that deter you from buying this. Once installed you are not going to notice the difference and you will again be glad it is protected. Strong lid closure keeps iPad safe and the stand is one of the best in my opinion on the market. The stand is one of the main reasons I came back to Zugu due it it never failing on me. I would definitely recommend.

the price is worth it
ever since my first Zugu case, I’ve never looked back. i recently got this one for my new iPad after finally upgrading, and it’s just as quality as ever. it’s extremely easy to put on your ipad without any of the annoying frames some other durable cases use. folds smoothly and quickly, nice grip and easy to hold in one hand, and doesn’t add too much bulk or weight either. i also love the pencil holders on the side and back, as someone who used to misplace my apple pencil constantly, it’s invaluable. just a great case, and extremely durable too. pricey, but you get what you pay for imo.

A Superior Product in Every Way. Flawless.
Superior in every way! Remarkable craftsmanship and attention to detail. Solid, secure fit with proven protection. I have another Zugu case for a different iPad and once drove off with it on the roof of my car. I didn't realize it until I heard it tumble off the trunk. It fell, bounced, slid, and cartwheeled down the street—and remained closed, with the iPad completely UNTOUCHED! (I have a convertible with a cloth top. Had it been a metal roof, the iPad might have made the entire trip thanks to the magnets!) The lid fits snugly when closed, and the edge is flush with the sides, creating a secure closure that can't accidentally open and protects the screen from dust, moisture, and more. The inside lining of the case is smooth and wipes clean easily. This is where the attention to detail shines—the craftsmanship is perfect. Flawless. Highest quality materials. The stand will hold this iPad in just about any position or angle you'll ever need. Period. And the magnets are incredibly strong. The packaging represents the quality and attention to detail of Zugu. A superior product in every way. Flawless. I just looked at the other reviews for this product—I have NEVER seen a higher percentage of 5-star ratings for any item on Amazon. Unprecedented. Good job!

Solid case for your iPad with a very high price
I bought a new 13 inch M5 iPad Pro and needed a good case for it. I kept seeing Zugu advertising all over social media and looked them up on Amazon. They had good reviews, but I was hesitant because of the case price. I don't typically buy cheap cases for my iPad as it's an expensive piece of kit, but I'm not willing to pay too much either. I want good protection and ease of use. I found the Zugu on sale for Black Friday which brought it down to a painful, but tolerable price, so I took the leap. The case is very nice and very well built. It has fancy packaging which I guess you expect for this price level. The iPad fit great in the case and I was confident it could handle most accidental drops without damaging the iPad. The cover was nice and had ridges built into it. On the back, there is a magnetic kickstand that can be pulled out and locks into the cover grooves to provide a half dozen or so stand positions. It worked really well and the magnets were very strong. On the back there was also a handy sleeve for your apple pencil and a pencil holder on the side which allows for charging of the pencil. Nice features, nice protection. I see why Zugu has a good reputation. Yet I ended up returning it. Why? A couple of reasons. First, the case is VERY heavy. Like I said, it's well built and very protective. With this, it becomes very heavy though. Much heavier than any other case I've used. The weight was very noticeable. Secondly, in the side docking position, my pencil kept falling out all the time. The mesh pouch on the back worked great for the pencil, but didn't charge it, so I used the side mount most of the time. The pencil just wouldn't stay in consistently and I was afraid I would lose it. Then there was the price. I got it on sale, but the $90 regular price is insane. You can get similar cases for nearly half the price.

Thin but strong
I did so much research before finally deciding on this case, and the other reviews were right! This case is the perfect balance between protection and weight/ size. The flimsy apple cover with no side coverage seemed useless to me, and the fact that there was no place for the pencil made it even less appealing. This case is the perfect next step up, its sturdy without being too thick. The stand is so flexible and magnets are very strong. I probably won't stick it to my fridge but for the stand they work great! My only gripe- which is so minor- is the pencil holder on the back. I just don't see why anyone would need it, and if you use it and put your iPad under anything or in a full backpack it would care a pressure point
