I am older and sometimes have trouble falling asleep. I find I'm drowsy within about a half hour of taking one. They're easy to eat and don't contain a lot of sugar. I've used them for a couple years now and they're still effective.

I had tried the Olly brand before these and the taste was weird. I wasn't expecting much from a different brand but I am shocked that the flavor is so good(like candy!) I also love how they offer a low dose since I only occasionally need help falling asleep and I don't want to be dependent on melatonin.

These were my favorite gummies but I just got a new bottle and they taste terrible!!! Was wondering if I got a bad bottle but the packaging is different as well so it seems they did make a change. Very disappointed!!!!

I think the product is great! I don’t have issues waking up. I’m not groggy in the mornings. I wake up feeling like I’ve had a good solid sleep. It seem to work pretty fast. I take one gummy about 30-45 minutes before I lay down. While I wait for it to do it charm I take shower and do my nighttime routine then lay down and fall right to sleep. Before I start taking them I would do my nighttime routine lay down and toss and turn for hours wide awake playing on my phone and irritated I couldn’t sleep!

We had been purchasing this for several years as it was delicious and seemed to be fairly reliable.Unfortunately I don't think we will be purchasing it again. I contacted the company asking for a certificate of authenticity to back up the "third party lab tested" claim and never got a response back.In addition, the most recent bottle we ordered had a slightly different lable. I was hoping they had just changed up the packaging but considering my partner had to spit the gummy out into a paper towel, I think it's safe to say they changed up the formula as well.
