Really good item , purfect transportation

This is a great little set if you are a fan of Lego microfighters and / or Captain Rex. It’s a simple build, perfect for a small gift or reward. Of course the main reason this set is likely to fly off the shelves is the inclusion of the ever popular clone Captain Rex figure. Previously very hard to come by in Lego form. In fact, the exact same figure was only recently exclusive to the extremely expensive UCS Venator star destroyer set, but now finds itself in one of Lego’s cheapest offerings. This set is a great opportunity to get this popular character cheaply, putting both collectors and kids on a level playing field for once. I know a few people who like to profit from Lego figures haven’t been pleased by this, but I’m all for it. Well done Lego. Only issue for me was the fact that my copy arrived in a crushed box due to being packed in an impossibly small package. Contents of bags were fine and Amazon would have replaced it free of charge, but this might be something to watch out for. That said I have ordered loads of Lego from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I have noticed any significant issues with the packaging.

Perfect gift for a star wars fan. Was a present for my nephew. He loved it.

Beautiful little set. Would very much have preferred a full scale y wing and captain rex release but I will happily take this to finally own the lego mini figure. The build is great and the mini fig is great though not perfect it is great for this price and to tick a box to say I finally own one.

This Lego set’s main purpose is for the Captain Rex minifigure. Highly sought after, and well detailed. The vehicle that comes with it would be fun for kids, however not as interesting for adults. The main point of the set is to be a cheap option for fans to get Captain Rex.

Easy to build and use for display at events and exhibitions.

The Captain Rex minifigure is a huge selling point I'm sure for a lot of Lego Star Wars fans. It's exactly the same as that in the UCS Venator set making this an affordable way to get this figure for your collection (no need to deal with scalpers). He comes with a fabric pauldron and his two pistols, and has face printing with a plaster from when he removes his chip. The ship is the Clone Wars model of Y-Wing in his 501st colour scheme with two stud shooters, one each side of the cockpit. This is the play feature but could be replaced easily if more accuracy was desired. Much like other microfighters the build is not complex and won't take long. Overall, I would recommend this. Microfighters are a fun way to display different ships in another scale and this will go alongside existing ones nicely.

Der LEGO Star Wars Captain Rex Y-Wing Microfighter ist einfach genial! Trotz der kompakten Größe steckt unglaublich viel Detail und Star-Wars-Feeling in diesem Set. Der Y-Wing ist sofort als solcher erkennbar und sieht richtig cool aus. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich Captain Rex – eine super Minifigur mit tollem Druck und ein Muss für jeden Clone-Wars-Fan. Der Zusammenbau macht Spaß, ist schnell erledigt und ideal für jüngere Baumeister, aber auch für Sammler. Das Modell ist stabil, gut bespielbar und perfekt für kleine Hände. Gleichzeitig macht es sich auch super als Deko im Regal. Für den Preis bekommt man hier richtig viel Spaß und Qualität. Klare Empfehlung für Kinder, Fans und LEGO-Sammler – klein, aber oho!
