Cute starter kit for children. Especially if they are just wanting to try the hobby out. Its not something I would purchase for a seasoned crocheter. I do however think the 2 sets of hooks are nice! They have padded and straight hooks. The bag has no closure on it, so stuff falls out if the bag falls over. Not something I would travel with, as you could easily lose items. If they put a zipper on it, that would be great! Bag is a thin material, the yarn has a good variety of colors, but is not a quality yarn or very soft at all. Again beginners, kids, good kit.

Very good value for the money. Has everything a beginner may need. I brought it because this is cheaper than buying a full set of crochet needles but I'm gonna use the yarn too and it has a measuring tape that I ended up needing and already had because of this set. I'm making sweaters for my Chihuahua and this is perfect. I already had the yarn I wanted to use but I'll still use this for the next sweater. Oh and the case it all comes in is a great quality too not just a cheap bag. Kinda cool. So if you need a starter kit this is absolutely great! Even has a little booklet that taught me a few new stitches.

Better quality than expected. Impressed with the hooks themselves, seem to be good quality. Yarn bundle is smaller than i expected, but great for a beginner. Good quality bag for carrying. Worth the price

Now going into this I was a little scared about the value you were getting for the amount of tools you get(crochet hooks, stitch counter, eyes, etc) and the amount of yarn that comes with it. The crochet hooks feel good in my hand and have a ton of sizes and colors for the hooks. Now the yarn frays a ton, luckily I could power through that and keep going. but I think someone who is newer at this might get stuck there. Just ending it here is was a ton of variety in color for yarn and hooks while still being a good price for the amount of yarn you get.

I really liked this beginner kit. It is really cute and the manual and all the little things that come with it are really helpful. Although the yarn is a little too thin for beginners, I still like all the different colors and the number of skeins.

Thrilled with this kit. The bag itself is really nice. It has a lot of pockets and great tools. The yarn could be a little better quality, but other than that I would recommend this kit.

As a FULL beginner in crotchet, I have to say the amount of tools they give you is amazing! I have so many sizes, I get scissors, eyes, a rolled up ruler (for some reason) and a bunch of cool doodads! On the other hand, the “Instruction Booklet” is absolute trash. The images and explainations are so confusing, nonhelpful and the videos explain NOTHING! They just do the thing, no slow downs, no pauses, nothing! How is a fresh beginner supposed to follow this?? Horrible horrible. I also have to say that the Yarn itself was cheap. It fraued SO easily that every stitch I made, it would unravel and fall apart. It would unravel before I even got to HOOK it! I had to go buy better yarn. The bag is super durable and the design of it is cute, I can fit quite a bit into it and its easy for on the go. I do wish I could put a shoulder strap onto it though so I can go anywhere with it on my hip.

This is a great kit for beginners! It has so much variety of items and the yarn is really nice. This is a great kit!
