Mine measured 2g more than was listed on the label. According to the label they are being honest, and the tub size might be because the powder is dense enough to make burying the scoop very difficult, and the scoop probably has such a long handle because this powder takes to the air very easily. This is just my guess however. But yes according to the weight biosteel provided what they claim to.I'm surprised by how much I like the rainbow twist flavor. I was afraid it would taste too much like a neon chemical hazard, but I actually think it's nice. Not too salty not too sweet. Add the NSF sport label and I'm happy with this purchase.

If you’re looking for hydration and do not care about the flavor this is the product for you. Not sure why they show a picture of fruit and call it rainbow twist flavor. It’s straight bubble gum. This is truly the worst hydration flavor I have ever had.

I love this product! You get so many servings in one container which is great value! It gives me a perk of energy with the added vitamins. I noticed it is best to mix the powder and water with a frother because it is always clumpy with a spoon.

I got recommended this by a work friend who swore by it. Like pure salt water. I tried mixing it with other stuff it just gave me a headache. It's bad.
