This broke within 2 weeks of small children using it. My request for a refund was rejected by the company as it was outside of their 30 day period and I was told to “have a nice day”. I paid a lot of money for the hammock which is meant for children to be used on play equipment. It could have really hurt them! Dreadful company and product. Do not buy!

We got this climber hammock because I was so worried when my youngest daughter, who is 3, would climb. She wasn't as stable at it but always wanted to follow her big sister to the top. Now, I don't have to worry if anyone falls because the hammock is there to catch them. They even make the climber into a tent by covering it with a blanket and laying on the hammock inside. So cute! Great purchase.

The media could not be loaded. It's loose and flimsy but I like the idea so I will keep it

We love this product! Adds to the imagination of play for our kids and easily attached to our climbing dome. It is so comfortable to relax in as well! Our son actually dozed off in it once!

Installations was not smooth and I couldnt do it the way the instructions said to there was so much slack it's like it was just laying down on the ground
