The best
I’ve been using Carlson Cod Liver Oil for a while now, and I can really tell the difference. It’s easy to take, doesn’t have a strong fishy taste, and feels high quality. I like knowing I’m getting my omega-3s and vitamins A & D in one supplement. This has become part of my daily routine and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

I like both traditional supplements that have been taken over time and complex over refined.
I've been taking them for years along with Salmon oil Omega-3s. I prefer capsules to the old fashion teaspoon method. Capsules don't have taste issues either. Cod liver and Salmon oil are more complex than refined Omega-3s. That is why I chose them.

Brain food, fights even depression!
I’ve been using this brand for a long time for the last seven years or so there’s one of the best I always go back to this type of fish oil. Cod Liver oil helps a lot with my brain function. I have extreme ADHD that I deal with at times it’s just so good. I’m also using the fish oil as well cod liver oil is highly recommended.and I am so grateful for this product and been using the one that is liquid more often I take this every day and sometimes I take double dose actually I have to take more. It helps me with my joints with my brain function. Concentration against depression many things HalleluYah I tried other brands. I believe that these are this is the best company. It’s a big deal to have quality fish oil and also refined properly.
