I absolutely love these. They work great. I’ve brought them with me all over the world to avoid missing a workout. I have a shoulder problem that prevents me from doing pull-ups so I use these to work my back and also for curls. Obviously they can be used for many other body parts but that’s what I primarily use them for. These are incredibly well built. The straps and lockdowns are very strong and reliable. The rings are smooth and solid. The door block works great as well. I haven’t come across a door they wouldn’t work on and I’ve tried a lot. But it certainly needs to be a strong door with a good structural jamb. I’ve also removed the door block and used just the straps over joists. That also works great. The straps are very long so you can reach high places. If I had one gripe it would be that the straps are too long and get unwieldy at times. But they can always be cut shorter. I highly recommend these for functionality and durability, especially for the very affordable price. Well worth the money. Actually quite a steal. Way better than I expected.

Used for a year and still in good shape. The wooden rings are smooth and well made. The numbers on the strap make it super easy to get the exact length every time.

When I know it before, I don't buy it. You can't believe, after one week of training I have a strong muscle pain. Woww. But I know now, it's working, and that very good. I like it, and this I say with my age of 79 years. The pain will go in the next days, but the feeling good will stay. Another positive is, in the package is an Dooranchor include. If you must buy it extra, it cost about 15$US . Also you can use a complete Training guide gratis. I use these rings almost everyday, even if its just to do a basic hang. They also allow me to do pull up with a neutral grip, which is easier on my shoulders. Worth the price of admission. Paul sends

So I mainly got this for rows and Dips at home. It's working alot better than expected plus the number strap adjustment is handy. All in all wonderful and for indoor of course but if you want outdoor this is fine after some water seal I recommend pine tar it's classic and reliable

The rings feel very secure. They don't slip and are nice to hold in the hand.The straps can hold an elephant, each strap each own elehant... They are easily to install and long enough. The excess of strap can be folded so it doesn't disturb you during workout.They come with convenient ropes to store while not in use.Super recommended.

After a lot of research bought these. I am so happy with them. Very high quality and strong. My entire family uses this and love it. Due to this I also bought resistance band from the same brand. Again very high quality and confident that it will work for years. Do not buy cheap knock off, buy these.

I had been looking for rings to incorporate into my calisthenics training and the ones that were recommended to me from a well-known calisthenics website were far too expensive plus shipping and duty, so I set about finding a faster and more economical set of rings. But I didn't want to sacrifice quality nor did I want random-sized rings. I wanted Official-sized gymnastics rings (International Gymnastics Federation official size) which are 1.1" (28mm) thick and 7.1" (180mm) inside diameter, I wanted them wood (for better grip) and I wanted some good solid straps. Each ring set I looked at there was always something I didn't like the straps were wide but not numbered, or the straps were number but thin and wimpy, or the rings were plastic or a weird size. This set has all the best of things you want proper size, smooth as butter wood, nice thick straps with heavy-duty metal buckle, and comes with a sturdy yet low profile door anchor. Extremely happy with my purchase this set could easily be $75-$80 and still be worth it!

I got these to do strength workouts at home. It is easy to set up and adjust. The numbers on the straps are very helpful to make sure they are both the same length. It feels very sturdy and I feel safe using the rings. I did find it a bit rough on my hands, so I would suggest getting a pair of fingerless gloves. It helps a lot with grip. I like the pfd download with exercises and I used it to make a schedule for myself. Using the rings takes some getting used to because I feel like you need a lot of control over your body, which I think is a good thing. I am looking forward to using these for a long time since you can make everything harder (or easier) by simple adjusting your position or the length of the straps. Very flexible and can be used for a lot of different exercises. I enjoy it a lot!
