I researched other more expensive brands and was taken with the reviews on how this can affect your mood. In all honesty, I was sceptical. But at £27 (down to £21 now!!) it was a fraction of the cost of more expensive 10,000 lux lamps, and this was a whopping 15,000 lux with the added benefit of a timer. I had an immediate, profound effect. I've struggled with insomnia for over 20 years. Will wake up after 3 or 4 hours, totally wired. Have tried prescription meds, cherry capsules, valerian, magnesium and ashwaganda. Nothing has had a lasting effect. Not one thing. The first night after using the light box that morning, I slept for a full 8.5 hours. And have been getting consistently amazing, restful sleep ever since. Dreams are vivid and I feel so snug when I wake. I used to feel like my eyes were full of grit and wonder how I was to face the day. At night I feel PROFOUNDLY tired at bed time and look forward to turning down the covers. When the light comes on and fills the room am so... Happy!! I've noticed that I'm much more relaxed during the day, and things which used to stress me don't as much. It honestly gives me a boost I didn't know I needed. I cannot express how grateful I am to have this lamp. I've bought for two friends and recommended it to so many others. Don't hesitate. It works. And at just over £20 it's an absolute steal, a fraction of what it would cost to get some winter sun!

Absolutely brilliant. Used mine at work today and it definitely helped me with my mood and alertness. I've just bought 2 for my Mum and Sister as they wouldn't buy something like this for themselves. So easy to use. Only downside is the cable isn't too long.

Perfect for sitting beside computer while working with varying light screens. Just plug in and use the touch buttons on lamp to choose which light style you want and for how long. The 15000 lux is far brighter than my previous 10000 light. Quite sturdy and durable with a little stand and decent length of flex to plug in. Fast dispatch after ordering and decent price.

Good product, easily set up with 3 different shades of white. Only had it a week and feels bit better mood already

Love the light but after a couple of months, light began to flicker, shut off, get hot. Using the provided power supply. UPDATE: 9/21/23 The company kindly sent me a new unit. Haven't tried it yet. UPDATE: 10/6/23 Sotipevs responded with a new unit that works! Thank you to the company's customer support.

I work in an area where I do not have a window so this is a nice alternative to get that extra bit of sunlight throughout the day and winter. The multiple colors for light and different brightness help shake things up throughout the day

This therapy SAD lamp really works. I bought it for me and my son. It is getting us through this dark and less daylight season without being down!!!!very well made with lots of settings to choose from!!

This light came in a timely manner. I love the size of it. Just big enough to really give a lot of light to your face. I love the time options, from 10 minutes to 60.
