Made a huge difference. A little difficult to use the scooper out of the bag and use without making a mess. I put it in a wide mouth dark glass jar. Much better.

Helping my stomach so far. Also has flattened stomach some and believe or not has increased libido some. They say can increase testosterone levels which a lot of women lack as get older. So not a bad thing😆As far as my esophagus goes, not much difference yet. But haven't been using that long yet. We will see. Don't need full scoop either. Start smaller..its a lot for full scoop.

Perfect to for making reiteri jogurt.

I recently purchased this item recently and today was the first day of use. I didn't like that the measuring (plastic) arrived in the baggie with the product. So once you open the baggie, you have to go through the hastle of fishing it out and you'll find it caked with the power. So kind of messy out of the bag. Taste wasn't good with water so I highly suggest you mix this product with another beverage to try to hide the natural taste. When I place the product in water and mix it, it tends to clump up and not mix well. That's probably the biggest issue with this product. I prefer the not so good taste then for them to bulk up this item with artificial flavors or sugar. Other con of this item is the price of the item as it is pricy.It's still too early to say whether this product offers benefits or not as this is dose #1 for me today. So it will be pre-mature for me to really offer a solid review yet. I took one dose and didn't feel any good or bad side effects. I didn't feel anything at all with no reactions. In the near future, I hope to mix this product with my favorite kefir to hopefully drown out the taste and increase overall benefits.In the future, I'll likely look to competitors for better pricing.

Really like this productIt states on the package to take on an empty stomach or 1 to 2 hours before or after eating. It's tasteless easily mixes with water and settled bloat down immediately. I highly recommend hope they continue to make this available.

For the past year I've been making L-Reuteri yogurt using starter capsules from Toniiq LLC which I got on Amazon. I use A2 whole milk.For each batch I use several starter capsules as well as some spoons of yogurt from the previous batch. The yogurt has been excellent. Smooth, thick, creamy and just a little Tang. I tried this new starter culture. Used about the same amount of starter along with some spoons from my previous excellent batch. Did it just exactly like the previous batches. The result was terrible. Thin, bad tasting, and not smooth. I dumped it. Just letting you know.
