Hi Nate, I am sorry for the delay in answering your question. This kit has seasoning for 10lbs of meat. The kit includes a 14.4 oz. package of seasoning, the casings and the cure. Just like Amish made Trail Bologna!

I made a 10 lb batch this week from 8 1/2 lbs venison and 1 1/2 lbs beef fat. It is really good! It tastes just like trail bologna I have bought from the Amish in Ohio.
