You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a quality binder for collectable cards. Well let me save you 130 massive headaches by telling you this is one of the best, if not the best you can find. No joke. The rings are always straight and stay closed as you turn the pages no matter how heavy to page is due to the cards in them. It's a perfect binder

Pictures for comparison.. the Vault X has the correct dimensions for those black 9pocket sleeves. This binder is taller compared to those regular 3ring binder (green binder). As you can see from the photo it protrudes on the top and bottom, which may fold your sleeved cards. Not the vault x binder, it will safely store your cards better than the regular ones. Highly recommended!
