Slugs love them
I sprinkled these and raked them in, following instructions from an allotment vlog, they all germinated which is great, the slugs are also loving them so I assume they taste good! Fingers crossed they leave me some.

Easy seed to grow
Huge quantity of seed, will last years. Germination excellent, even after many years, so I consider this a bargain.Cima da rapa are turnip tops, eaten extensively in Italy. Mild tasting but slightly bitter. Lends itself to steaming, saute, stirfy etc, truly an excellent hungry gap crop. Seed comes in 40/60/90 and 120 days to crop. I tend to use the 40 day as I use this in spring and autumn as a catch crop.
