Using this Smart Air Purifier for over a week and the air quality has improved noticeably. I am using it in my office room as its small so it doing its job. The room feels fresher with less dust. The True HEPA filter works great for allergens. my sneezing has reduced. Sleep quality is better thanks to the super quiet night mode. barely hear it running. Smart app control is really convenient. The build quality feels durable and solid. It tooks me 2 minute to configure the app and in app you can notice the pm levels into the app. It will take mostly 15-20 minute to show the air get cleaner. Noise level is impressively low even on medium speed. Highly recommend for cleaner home air.

The Qubo Smart Air Purifier Q200 has been a great addition to my home. It noticeably improves air quality within minutes, and the H13 HEPA filter works really well for dust and allergens. I love the smart app and voice control – super convenient. The night mode is very quiet and perfect for sleeping. Overall, an excellent air purifier for small to medium rooms at a great price.

I am reviewing it after day ..it is working very well. Its all function AI mode and Automode and app is working very well. It sleep mode donot disturb. Air. It is light weight.

Cons: 1. within two months the sensor started malfunctioning. Luckily my product is under warranty 2. Worst customer service: I tried to contact customer service from 29th July. Was busy with my work so couldn’t figure out the number as there is no direct number specified. The WhatsApp chat agent was giving some suggestions to try but nothing worked. 2.1 On 6th August I was able to contact customer service and they booked a technician visit on 8th. 2.2 Their customer care representative calls you but when you pick up no one answers. I had to call them back again after waiting for quite sometime they scheduled a technician visit on that day 2.3 the technician told me it’s beyond repair and it will be changed as it is under warranty within 7 days 2.4 one week passed no calls, no text no reply from their side. I call them again they say that their field agent has visited but not updated the problem so after updating someone will first pick up and then new item will be delivered. It will take 7 business days. That was on 13th August 2.4 Now they called me on Sunday 17th August when I picked up the call again no reply from their end. I called them back and they said from Monday that is 18th August please calculate 7 working days. She told I will BE SENDING YOU AN EMAIL ABOUT THE NECESSARY DETAILS ON WHICH DAY IT WILL BE PICKED UP and NEW DEVICE WILL BE DELIVERED. ITS BEEN 10 hours I didn’t receive any email 2.5 they will never send you details in an email and WILL ALWAYS TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO BELIEVE THEIR WORDS. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT IT, I will suggest TELL THEM I AM RECORDING YOU AND RECORD THEM. 2.6 THEY EVEN PUT YOU ON LONG WAIT HOURS during call. Disconnect them. Worst purchase Also the number they give via WhatsApp doesn’t connect and even if it connects no one picks up Pros: it works with Alexa so you can set up routine While it was working it’s okayish, in sleep mode fan speed reduces to 1 I guess so the sound is minimum at full speed it makes sound not heavy but kinda unpleasant. If my device gets changed I will update again.

Premium Build Quality. VERY Useful in polluted cities. Purified air very quickly. Eye catchy design . Very easy to use. All functions works very smoothly. Very low noise , even can be used while sleeping. Light weighted and compact design . Fantastic color and design. I Highly recommend it to use in your room to breathe fresh air. Loved it. Value for money. Must go for it without thinking any other thing.

Update 16th Feb- 1) on switching to a new location the AQI keeps getting compared to my old location. No way to update this. 2) unable to switch the WiFi to a new WiFi network. Tried multiple times 3) Qubo Twitter support is non-existent [Old review] Disliked- - Delivery was delayed by 2 days - Spare filters are out of stock on official website - Slight glitches in app - Since the product is so fresh, a latest Hepa H-14 filter would have been better - Noisy fan on high speed. Expected but it would be innovative if we had high speed with low noise. Likes- - Size is compact and perfect for small rooms Build quality seems good - It’s able to reduce the PM2.5 count significantly on switching on. I started around 90-100~ and reduced it to 25-30~ - Product was packaged decently and the hepa filter is also packed - The companion app was a big motivator to get this specific product. The app allows you to pick between: auto, sleep, manual or QSensAI modes. You also get stats like the average PM2.5, filter consumption, current pm2.5, etc. there are few products that I could find that have this solid a feature set in the app so kudos to team Qubo. Looking forward to more improvements and updates. - Ability to swap filter seems straight forward and easy. One would try this when they unbox a fresh purifier - Easy to pair to app (I tried iOS) - Able to control purifier from outside the house. Can even schedule based on time. Or leave it on auto or QSensAI mode to purify based on particulate - Ability to control light intensity. Nice to have for folks who want to dim the lights for darker settings. Night mode also dims light Overall, satisfied with this product and keen to check more products from Qubo in the future. I’ll update this review in case of any breakdown or issues.
