I have been using Nielsen vanilla paste for years. I do not use liquid vanilla. I use the paste in everything I want vanilla (cooking and baking). I buy in this quantity because of how much I use and it very economical to do so. It stores very well in my cabinet and I have the regular size jar I bought the first time I bought Nielsen to try many years ago which I fill for every day usage on my counter.

The only one I use
This is by far the best vanilla paste out there. We've been using it for years and it exceeds anything I've ever purchased in the past. I love that the new order I received expiration date is 2028. We don't use it a whole lot but I want to make sure I always have it on hand and the expiration date was a plus. Excellent product.
