I’ve received this item and one worked when I pulled the ring and the other nothing happened was very disappointed 😞

Used for gender reveal. Unfortunately, the tube had pink markings on. It was not ideal as you knew what colour it contained. I had 2 colour the label so no one saw it before the rveal

Instructions on use. It is necessary to pull the pin to the side, not up. By pulling to the side a "window" opens in the top and then the smoke comes out. Initially I tried pulling up with all my strength. I think this is why some people report the product as not working - they were pulling up and not to the side.

Lit smoke grenade and it smoke for about 15 secs and went out even though it it said to smoke for 15

I purchased 4 different colour granades for our wedding day to use for our wedding photoshoot. Hugely disappointed that 2 did not work and seems there is no guarantee/refund for defective items.
