It's not chai tea. That's the name of the company only.... I'm so disappointed I could not do a review until now. It's ok it tastes like reg black tea which I do like. ... If Chai Tea, would have been fantastic price, for reg black tea is a good ok price. Thanks

I loved the tea, as I totally dislike masala, green etc teas, this was perfect even for a person like me who does not add sugar. My issue is with the fact that each teabag is individually packed in non-biodegradable packs that only add to land-fills. Why are they needed at all? That's why I gave it 4 starts. I'm wondering if I should place a repeat order, again because of the packaging, not the tea
