I’ve been using the Govee Outdoor Ground Lights 2, and they have been a great upgrade for our outdoor space. Installation was simple, and the lights feel sturdy and well made for outdoor use. The lighting is bright and vibrant, and I really like the ability to customize colors and effects through the app. It makes it easy to set the mood for everyday use or special occasions. The app is intuitive, and the lights respond quickly to changes. Overall, they look great, work reliably, and add a nice touch to the yard. If you want customizable outdoor lighting that is easy to set up and use, these are a solid choice.

I love these lights. They are bright colorful and visible. I’m the obnoxious neighbor that changes the colors all the time to fit what’s going on in the world. They are very durable. I’m going to keep buying these until the entire front side of my house is light up. The cord could be a lot longer but just add and extension cord and you’re fine. The app helps with all the different functions and changes!

I recently got the Govee Outdoor Ground Lights, and I’m seriously impressed! These lights are a game-changer for my backyard. Setting them up was super easy, and the lights look amazing once they’re in the ground. They’re bright, but not too harsh, and they really give a warm, welcoming vibe to the yard at night. One of the best parts is how customizable they are. You can control the lights with the Govee app, which lets me change colors and set different modes depending on the mood I want. Whether I’m hosting a BBQ or just relaxing outside, I can instantly adjust the lighting to fit the moment. The colors are vibrant, and they really add something special to the outdoor space. These lights are also built to last. I’ve had them out in all sorts of weather, and they’ve held up really well. They’re waterproof and tough enough to stay in place without worrying about the elements. I also love the fact that they sync with music. If I’m having people over, the lights will change with the rhythm, which makes the whole atmosphere feel even more fun. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with these lights. They’ve added so much to my outdoor space, and the fact that I can control everything from my phone makes them even better. I can't "un-recommend" this product enough. They are absolutely terrible and not worth the cost or hassle at all. I bought two sets and ran them doubled up on each side of the house because we liked the extra light and the cables weren't actually long enough to split our sidewalk. Both of the original sets we bought failed within a year. One set got water inside of the lights and some of the LEDs burnt out causing the lights to only show red or orange. The second set had one of the strands go bad and makes the whole set not work. Unplugging the bad strand let the remaining strand work. To Govee's credit, they have a rapid replacement for items under warranty, and they sent me replacement kits for both of them within a couple days of me reporting the issue. The problem is they sent me a brand new set of lights for the first replacement 6 months ago, and while outside tonight, I saw that those lights have also gone bad. One of the lights will only display a greenish color. I haven't even had a chance to replace the other set that went bad. So far, out of 3 sets of lights, not a single one has made it past a year. I don't know if they'll send me another replacement for the replacement that died, but at this point, it's just a hassle having to replace the lights every couple of months. I completely regret spending so much money on these lights. I thought this would be the "durable" and "simple" solution for flowerbed lights, but boy was I wrong.

I love these lights! We bought a set in November 2024. They came on every night for a year. They were easy to install and the app is easy to use. We loved how beautiful they were every night. We moved the lights in December 2025 and they stopped working. Govee offered excellent customer support and eventually replaced the lights. Great customer support for a wonderful product.

Govee, what can I say? We splurged a bit this year and pulled the trigger on several Govee light sets. I am so sorry I did 't do it sooner! Fantastic light sets. Quality lights with quality materials. The colors, brightness and dependabilty of these lights make the extra cost well worth it. They were very easy to set up and operate. BT connection and connection to our home network went without any issues. Lights continue to run flawlessly day after day. Only complaint I have, and reason for 4 stars vs. 5, is the app itself. App in general works fine, but navigation and presentation of the app needs work. Very confusing and tedious to try and accomplish simple tasks such as timers and automated programming. Way too much "trial and err" required to figure out what you're doing. Otherwise, greats lights and truly makes a difference in our homes appearance. Literally "fun" to create new lighting for the holidays and beyond. You will love these lights!

Small but mighty. Just redid the front landscape and they wanted to charge $900 for lights. I grabbed these and they look great - took only mins to set up. Very bright and color changing - perfect for all seasons.

I quite like these lights. I had previously purchased other LED lights from Govee and was fairly impressed with their function and programming options. I used these to highlight the edge of my front yard garden area which I've programmed to match the colour of some Govee lights I have on the front of the house. They are quite bright but the brightness is adjustable.

I just installed these lights earlier this month. They look great and the app and installation were very easy to do. I hope they last. I installed them next to the sidewalk and flower beds that run along our pool.

Super easy to set up app. Very bright. I often am Leary for some of them but this brand is the best so far. Easy to set to themes and to have timers go with them as well

I HAD 2 sets of these and like all Govee lights, they are bright and have a lot of scenes and options. The only buyer beware to give is the fact that squirrels love the wire and will chew these up. I had 1 set in the back and 1 in the front. When I went to take the back to to the front for the Fall season and the holidays, they were cut in a couple of places. And just last night, the second set was also cut. Apparently, the wires or insulation material is soy based and the squirrels love them. So that's $300 in the garbage!
