Being used today for first time in a certeing commercial kitchen. the product looks very uniform and nice.One thing I would have liked to have known is the plug is a 20amp Tblade style- luckily we have those receptacles in the kitchen however with the cord being rather short we needed to use an extension which we did not have in tblade. So i had to order some 20 Amp T-Blade Adapters. My local hardware stores (home depot, lowes osh) did not carry this item in store so i had to order on line. other than that great product sofar.....

When it worked, it was super. But after having bought four of these( we own a ice cream store that also serves freshly baked waffles) I am disappointed cause it breaks down after a while if you use it commercially. The company was contacted and their service was awful and shameful. They send us back to Amazon without trying to solve our problem or offering the parts that seems to present frequent failure, such as the thermal fuse, leads....Having such a great product for years in my second home, where it's use is rare, made me decide to buy it for our store , but now I regret the decision . Whoever has a suggestion of a brand that produces rounded Belgium waffles, please forward to me.

Doesn't work good to be 500 dollars

I own a small cafe and decided to offer waffles on our menu. Purchased a COMMERCIAL waffle maker, thinking it would hold up to commercial use. After four months, heating elment in top went out. Really sorry I wasted my "hard to come by" $500. Never again!

once i was able to get the correct plug adapter it works fine

This replaced one just like it a couple of years old. Should be repairable..
