I’m very pleased with the product. I’ve already seen results. I’ve ordered more & hoping it gets here soon as I’m almost out.

I really won't know how well it works until I go back to the dr. It doesn't leave a bad taste or anything like that

Started this because my cholesterol had been climbing and i dont want to take statins. Have not had labs yet so do not know if it is improving cholesterol or not so only gave 4 stars so far. I can say that so far no adverse side effects. Capsules are not hard to swallow, no unpleasant taste, have not had any stomach or digestive issues. I take first thing in the morning with a snack cup of unsweetened applesauce since directions state to take with food. I have not had any heartburn or acid reflux from the supplement. Not sure if its just coincidence or what but my appetite does not seem so huge since starting this supplement: I don't feel so ravenous all the time. Will try to update cholesterol status after lab work in a couple of months.
