These hearing amplifiers really do not work that well unless you pair them with the companies program on their web site. As an amplifier they only have one sound level that you cannot adjust unless it is paired with the online program or on your phone. Sound clarity is not that bad, though. And they seem to be well made.

Un desastre total, estos "nuevos" son como usar tapones para los oídos, ambos! El izquierdo que "funciona" de la compra original amplifica levemente, y si le doy 1 estrella es porque funciona al menos para las llamadas telefónicas. Recomendación: busquen otra alternativa

Never expected high level hearing aids from these. Intended to try out the idea before making a larger investment. Big fan of the idea of these, but they were a bust. Frequent and persistent feedback squeals left me randomly wincing and reaching for the phone... to turn on the app... to find the setting... to wait through the myriad of forced updates... to then finally turn up the "howling suppression" and "noise elimination" setting so high that the buds were effectively useless for ambient amplification. They still squealed but not as often. Hearing aid fail aside, these ARE a good pair of ear buds. The charging case is functional, well made and ergonomic. The buds come with a very nice selection of ear pieces and fit very comfortably. They connect to devices quickly and the sound quality is good.

I have small ear canals and these fit perfectly. They have the Bluetooth capability.

This is my first experience with hearing aids. I am trying to adjust. The manufacturer has been working with me to get them correct for my hearing loss. I get discouraged and stop for a while. I cannot honestly say whether the issue is me or the device. I am still having difficulty. I will return to the review if anything changes. They seem well made and have been great earbuds. Just trying to get the hearing aid portion correct.

Will not connect to bluetooth

Received these and they would not connect to my Iphone and when I tried to take the hearing test I could not complete the test as it kept saying I was not wearing them right. Need to fix bug with the I phone's or stop saying they hook up to Bluetooth when you can't even show up when you upload them.

I ended up with a bad device. I contacted the customer service and received a brand new pair of hearing aids. This is my review with the brand new replacement. I have a severe hearing loss on my left ear due to years of having Tinnitus. I am able to hear better with my left ear by wearing that right one with the left one. One of the best feature is that you can enter your hearing test results from the hearing center and make your hearing aid tunes with those results. I don't know what your hearing loss is like, but these hearing aid definitely improved my life. I think it's worth a shot for anyone with the hearing loss who doesn't want to spend thousands of dollars for a hearing aid.
