Easy to use. The texture is grainy but that's corn flour, I let the mix sit for an hour in the fidge before baking and they come out just how I like them.

Tastes great and just as my husband remembers, but on checking the ingredients saw that it has genetically modified ingredients so had to throw the remaining boxes out :-( Shame.

Something that I add when preparing the mix is a tablespoon of white sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
