I gave this book to my great granddaughter who read it and started using the negotiation technique on her father. He didn’t understand why she was very helpful around the house and told him her extra actions should be worth more money. I read the book before I gave it to her so I recognized what she was doing. When I told him about the chapter which included negotiations he understood. The book explains how our money works and how credit works and the difference between wants and needs Excellent for people of all ages My great granddaughter is 8

Very easy to read for kids and clear to understand.

I genuinely learned about the concepts of money through this book. Thank you Ms. Hobson for writing this book for adults and children. I will let my grandchildren read this book so that they will have better knowledge about saving and investing in money.

Great introduction to money for children/young adolescents

I found this delightful book such a refreshing unique presentation for children and adults. As a person of color I was excited about the cute but at the same time realistic images of the characters. I’m pretty sure this feature is motivating for younger and older. Readers. The discussions were instructive and age appropriate for all readers.

Great for kids and teaching them about to deal with money and how to save and grownups also because a lot of adults still don't know how to keep a budget

I purchased this book because it was picked as one of Oprah’s Favorite Thing's 2024. I ended up returning it because I realized it was meant for younger kids, mine are teenagers.Hope this review was helpful!
