I am so impressed with this ladder! The quality is wonderful! It is very sturdy, easy to use, easy to fold in and out. It looks really nice. A really great value!

No instructions inside. Holes for bolts weren’t finished being punctured out. Had to get hammer and hold punch for finish holes.

I’m 5'5" and if I need to reach a high shelf or cabinet, I usually climb on a bar stool. But I’m getting older, and obviously don’t want to fall off a bar stool. So I hoped this 4 step ladder would be safer for me to use. I’ve used the ladder for about a month, and I do think it’s safer. I can reach anything now, including the ceiling if there’s a bug trying to get away from me. It’s easy to use. The ladder is lightweight, so it’s easy to move around the house to wherever I need to use it. It’s sturdy and stable, not at all wobbly. The ladder is easy to open and collapse. I like that it collapses, I can store it in the closet until I need it. For me, the size is perfect for various tasks around the house. Higher than a step stool, but not an extension ladder.

First of all, packaging was pretty beat up upon arrival. There are no instructions for assembly so I had to go back to the Amazon post and study that picture. Assembly is fairly easy. There were holes that didn't match up perfectly so bolts had issues going through. Wrenches provided are useless being, plus there are two sized bolts and only one size wrench. All in all it took me an hour to assemble and it is a very sturdy ladder.
