It is plastic except for actual beater which is light weight metal. Plastic gears broke first time used it. DId not turn good. Caught beaters together. Expensive mistake on my part. I would not recoommend.

The picture does appear to show stainless steel, but except for the beater blades, it is all plastic. I expect the gears to wear out eventually. I lost a metal egg beater, which had lasted me longer than 40 years.

Disappointment. I would not recommend this item. It is very cheaply made..does not even properly beat an egg. Spend the extra money for a metal one. I should have returned it .

This is plastic, not of good quality, please don't buy this it's very disappointing 😞 no good, would break so easily.

If you like sticky plastic gears, this is the egg beater for you. Not worth the low price

Products look in pictures is standstill but Main body part is plastics soo please don’t buy it not good at all

Thought it was going to made of stainless steel, instead it looked like it was made of plastic

It arrived very late and the handle was broken off. The blades were bent up and not metal at all.
