I give 5 star for the first day it worked for both my knee pain in about 4 hours I took at 8:30am and now 8pm and even better I assume the more days in a row it will help more so🤞anyway the best product I found especially for the price and quantity 👍👍

I tore my meniscus in my knee and started taking this when it was hurting before surgery and it helped after a while not right away then after surgery stopped taking it. well it started hurting again so started taking again and now knee not bothering me

I honestly couldn’t take these for more than a week. I had a headache everyday I took these. I did not see any joint pain relief. Although a good price for the quantity, I did not find them effective.

I was skeptical at first. I had tried turmeric tablets and they upset my stomach terribly. I had to quit taking. A friend referred to this product so I thought I would give it a try. It has been a month since I started using it and I have not had any stomach upset and my joint pain has diminished.

I haven't noticed anything different. But I will try another month.
