This is great as long as it’s within signal of the wifi router , I have an elderly mother who wears this around her neck during the day , it’s been a life saver when she fell off the kitchen chair … no subscription and easy to set up . Takes seconds

Easy to install n connect with app but i cant get the alarm on the phone without paying. I can only see emergency alert if i go to the app on my phone which doesnt fit the purpose

Same problem as many others have found. Everything seems to be going well during the setup. The button is recognised by Smart Life over m,y domestic WiFi. The installation starts but each time at the end after the spinning wheel reaches the end it throws out the cannot connect message. Life is too short so into the bin.

Really hood alar. And my 97 year old mother, still living in her home, feels very secure with it on.

Does the job . Need to check it is charged every week if used

It would not pair with panic unit. Tried all apps and different phones. Returning items is SO INCONVENIENT! WHY CANT AMAZON FETCH ITEM WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED?! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FAULTY UNIT!!
