I love It because I can finally charge my buds again . I really only have one complaint and serious dislike for this item (the case in general, regardless of the maker.) There is no way to track down the case! Thats all bad for me!

Case won't charge ear buds reliably and won't hold a charge more than a week.

Pros: -It charges your earbuds Cons: -It doesn't hold as many charges as official case -It feels cheap and the hinge when you open it is loose -Charging indicator lights don't always come on when opening the case -Wireless charging cuts off after less than a minute. You need to plug the case in to charge it. Bottom Line: If you need an emergency case to bring your earbuds back to life, this is it. But don't expect the same quality as an official Samsung case.

They will charge buds and case connects to phone like original Samsung buds case but that's where it stops. The lid feels really cheap n flimsy as if the slightest force opening it will snap it off. I had case n buds full charged and left them in my work bag few days and the case had died and drained the buds. Samsung case wouldn't have done that.

It works as it should most of the time. The light that tells you if the earbuds are charged sometimes gets it wrong.
