Works well
Great bag. It fits well under the seats of US domestic aircraft. I like the simplicity of only having one main pocket, as my previous bag had more and did not seem to hold as many things. Well thought out, and rolls great. It has been very durable.

Perfect size and durable
This is a fantastic bag ... I can see why it's popular among flight attendants. It's not a full size roller but still has enough space for a 4 or 5 day trip. It fits in the small overhead spaces on the first couple of rows on the plane ( I fly Southwest ) so while everyone else is heading down, I can put it up top and sit in row 2. It will also fit under the seat, just, but helps if you see that seat you want and the overhead bins are full.

Just the right size for overhead bin
Fits easily in overhead compartment but has good packing space in both inside and outside pockets. Outside pockets have zippered and open spaces. Nice color and comfortable handles.

Nice for short, overnight trips.
This is a very nice, good quality bag. It is a nice smaller size and I like all the pockets. I was able to get everything I needed in it to go out of town overnight for a wedding. I like it better than using as duffle bad because it has wheels. That being said, the only drawback is that it only has 2 wheels, not 4, which is what I thought I was getting. I am still keeping it and I am sure I will use it regularly.

Well constructed bag, with design flaws.
Well built, convenient size for a small carry on, but will not fit under the seat of any flight that I have been on, nor did I expect it would. I have two problems with this case: It is too heavy for its dimensions. That is not an issue if you are rolling it alone, but if you stack in on top of another suitcase, it creates an unbalanced load, and will fall over easily. Also, the rear strap that is supposed to fit around the extension handle of a larger suitcase is too tight, with no elasticity, which makes it a struggle to pull the extension handle through. Once you get the the handle through the strap, the weight of the bag makes it awkward to pull when it is stacked on another bag. All in all I would not purchase this bag knowing what I know now, after 6 months.

Great value for money. I’m satisfied and will come back again.

Managing airport transits to be much less physically demanding.
Honey was using an absurdly bulky backpack for her traveling stuff, and having issues getting in on & off - not to mention banging into other people. She finally gave up on the idea of a backpack. She had picked out this bag and another, cheaper one. I mentioned that the other had its handle on its side (rather than the top) and it had spinner wheels that others said blew up on bumpy pavement. Since this one had the handle on the top - making it a lot easier to get into & out of overhead compartments - and better wheels, she went with this one and is very happy with it. Along with all the people not getting hit by that stupid backpack.

To big and clunky for limited room. Would not buy again
My title says it all. Also 2 wheels vs. 4 is not good.

I had a previous model from years ago. When the zipper gave out I found the repair cost unreasonable so ordered new. I like it every bit as much

It’s a nice bag, well designed and made of good material. The only drawback is it doesn’t fit under low cost carrier airlines. To whomever buying it, make sure it fit the airlines you use!!
